• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, including the admin area.
• Upload or transmit any material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
• Use the site to send unsolicited promotional content or automated queries.

When you submit content through an application, contact form, or other interactive feature ("Submissions"):

• You represent that the information is accurate and is yours to share.
• You grant Health Access Philly a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your Submissions for the purpose of operating the relevant program, evaluating your application, and communicating with you.
• You retain ownership of your Submissions. We will not publish them publicly without your consent.

The site, including its design, text, graphics, and logos, is owned by Health Access Philly or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as permitted by fair use.

The site may link to third-party sites or rely on third-party services (such as our hosting provider). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information provided is complete or current.

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, or other professional advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Access Philly, its volunteers, partners, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Health Access Philly and its volunteers, partners, and contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the site or your violation of these terms.

We may modify or discontinue the site, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
